DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
We make the best efforts to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff for damages and defects prior to leaving the warehouse.
In case of defective or wrong items sent, please send us an email within 5 days of delivery and provide the nature of the defect.
Please note that we do not offer refunds as all our custom suit garments are made according to your customizations and measurements, which means it's built for you—and no one else. If there is any issue with the fit or construction of your garments, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

If a damaged item is received due to rough delivery, mdzmenswear.com is not liable for these damages, and claims need to be made with the carrier company. If the item is lost under carrier’s process, we do not proceed with the refunding process until we receive the items.
