All products ship from Monday to Friday. Most orders are processed within 24 hours.

Expedited options are available at checkout if you need your items guaranteed sooner. Items are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Exceptions include style boxes special orders, out of stock items, and/or orders requiring special requests.

RETURNS

Items should be in NEW, UNWORN, UNALTERED, and UNWASHED condition with ORIGINAL TAGS and PACKAGING.

TIES and VESTS are FINAL SALES and are neither
returnable nor refundable.

For purchases discounted between 0-10%, you are
eligible for a full refund, store credit or exchange
within 14 days.

For items discounted 11-20%, we offer store credit
or exchange only, without the option for a refund.

Purchases with a discount exceeding 20% are final
sales and neither returnable nor refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

We make the best efforts to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff for damages and defects prior to leaving the warehouse.

In case of defective or wrong items sent, please send us an email within 5 days of delivery and provide the nature of the defect.

CUSTOM SUITING

Please note that we do not offer refunds as all our custom suit garments are made according to your customizations and measurements, which means it's built for you—and no one else. If there is any issue with the fit or construction of your garments, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. 

RETURN LABELS

You can purchase the return label with us for an $8.00 flat rate or you can purchase with your prefer postal carrier.

If a damaged item is received due to rough delivery, mdzmenswear.com is not liable for these damages, and claims need to be made with the carrier company. If the item is lost under carrier’s process, we do not proceed with the refunding process until we receive the items.

Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be refunded in the same form of payment, please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show up on your account.
