DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
We make the best efforts to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff for damages and defects prior to leaving the warehouse.
In case of defective or wrong items sent, please send us an email within 5 days of delivery and provide the nature of the defect.
Returns are available if initiated within 14 days of receiving your package. Any claims made after 14 days may qualify for store credit only.
You can purchase the return label with us for an $8.00 flat rate or you can purchase with your prefer postal carrier.
You may return new, unworn, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
If a damaged item is received due to rough delivery, MDZmenswear.com is not liable for these damages, and claims need to be made with the carrier company. If the item is lost under carrier’s process, we do not proceed with the refunding process until we receive the items.
Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be refunded in the same form of payment, please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show up on your account.
