When will I get my box?
Will I need to make alterations to the outfits?
We can make slight adjustments (ie. waist and length ) before your box ships at an additional cost, and we aim to get as close to a perfect fitting box as possible. However, since we are dealing with tailored clothing, we highly recommend that a local tailor make proper alterations once you receive your box. We can update your style profile if major changes are needed so each box you order will fit better and better!
Can I return or exchange items in the box?
Yes! We offer FREE returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your box (one time only) for any items inside. Simply email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a return label to send the return or exchange items back.
Any items being returned or exchanged must be in NEW condition, with tags/packaging and unaltered.
If I subscribe, may I cancel or skip boxes?
Absolutely! There is zero commitment and you may modify, cancel, and/or skip your boxes anytime.
I need to update my style profile? How do I do that?
Updating your style profile is easy! Send an e-mail to: email@example.com and our stylists will update your style profile with your requests for all future boxes.
