Returns are available if initiated within 14 days of receiving your package. Any claims made after 14 days may qualify for store credit only. Any returns/exchanges must be in NEW, unworn, and unaltered condition with tags.

You can purchase the return label with us for an $8.00 flat rate or you can purchase with your prefer postal carrier.Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be refunded in the same form of payment, please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show up on your account.If you need to return an item please send us an email to support@mdzmenswear.com.

International shipping cost varies by destination. Free shipping offer is not available for locations outside of USA.

All products ship from Monday to Friday. Most orders are processed within 24 hours.

Expedited options are available at checkout if you need your items guaranteed sooner. Items are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Exceptions include special orders, out of stock items, and/or orders requiring special requests.

RETURNS

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Simply email us at: support@mdzmenswear.com and we will email a return label. Please note some orders are subject to an $8 return label charge.

Any items being returned or exchanged must be in NEW condition, with tags/packaging and unaltered.

Any returns made after 14 days may qualify for store credit only.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

We make the best efforts to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff for damages and defects prior to leaving the warehouse.

In case of defective or wrong items sent, please send us an email within 5 days of delivery and provide the nature of the defect.

CUSTOM SUITING

Please note that we do not offer refunds as all our custom suit garments are made according to your customizations and measurements, which means it's built for you—and no one else. If there is any issue with the fit or construction of your garments, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

You may return new, unworn, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

If a damaged item is received due to rough delivery, mdzmenswear.com is not liable for these damages, and claims need to be made with the carrier company. If the item is lost under carrier’s process, we do not proceed with the refunding process until we receive the items.
